I signed up my oracle cloud account about a month ago, and I was planning to upgrade my account but wrongly clicked the terminate tenacy button, now my account is terminated. I reached the sales team to recreate a paid account, and the representative said I can create a free tier account by myself, then upgrade to paid account. However, I cannot recreate a new account successfully, and it shows wrong message about processing transactions. so could you please help me.
