WM - Areas of Responsibility - Report Assignment Data not matching with

Good afternoon,
When working with the Workforce Management - Areas of Responsibility subject area, I noticed that the assignment details for a number of employees is incorrect. E.g. Showing as inactive, when they are actually active employees in our system (screenshot below).
Does a process need to run so that the AoR is updated with the latest team member information? As it looks like we have a few thousand employees missing from the report when comparing against an active worker assignment real time report (using the same filters).
The request is to show which employees are assigned to each AoR and the representative associated with it. I have attached the catalog file for reference.
I have also gone to person management - Headset icon and confirmed that the representatives are showing on the UI.

You must run Refresh Representative Data.
