In classic we have option "Running Sum" under Pivot table.
We should have similar option in DV table and Pivot table.
In DV, have you tried the following while the Table/Pivot Table is selected while in DV author mode:
1) Navigate to the Properties panel (within the grammar panel, 2nd panel from the left)
2) Click the Sum icon ( Σ )
3) Select Grand Total: On
There is the difference between Sum and Running sum. In classic we have option which is very useful. In DV we need to lot of work in aggregation rules. It would be good if we have similar simple option. It is very useful functionality. Please see attached image.
Running sum is imp[important for many visualizations. Workaround is very cumbersome.
Any plans to have this option in nearby future?
Any future consideration adding Display as "Running Sum" like OBIEE.
