I am the one of the Service Administrators. Usually we get in first 15 days on that month. till now I did not receive any mail. So checking on that.

You can also check from OCI Notification Page if you receive any notification for the update else you are welcome to open Service Request to check when your instance will be patched.
In the meantime is there any feature you are interested in for new July 2023 OAC?

One QQ, is this demo instance URL always same for all future releases as well? If not how can we get demo packs in future?

If you click on the "demo content" button in the link that was provided you will find the Demo Packs.
There you can download OAC Public Library, OAC Public Samples among many others.
For your Parameter related features question, you can download the OAC Parameters Samples from the Demo Packs.
You can also download the latest Oracle Analytics Cloud Virtual Appliance under the "OAC Images" tab.
