Summary:

This analysis is using the HCM – Workforce Core Subject Area, it provides an overview of the employee headcount by various categories. It also makes use of the latest visualization that is similar to a tile but allows up to 3 additional metrics to be used. 

Content (required):

1. The canvas has 9 different visualizations:

2. Headcount by Year using the new tile functionality

3. Contingent worker by Year using the new tile functionality

4. Headcount by country using a map as a visual

5. Span of control workforce structure by year

6. Headcount by year with a forecast

7. Headcount by Worker Category

    Hi - Wondering if this dashboard is also possible to create in Oracle HCM using OTBI functionality. Especially, headcounts at the end of year over the last few years (as desired).

    Hi ,

    This dashboard is not possible in OTBI. This is built using FAW HCM , which is a separate product and not same as OTBI.


    Following post has many prebuilt FAW HCM dashboards - https://community.oracle.com/products/oracleanalytics/discussion/11000/fusion-hcm-analytics-list-of-prebuilt-content. Also , FAW HCM has a lot of pre-built content available. Please check that out and let us know your exact use case. We can surely look at building an OOTB DV for that or post it on customer connect as well.
