Provide more user friendly experience when a link in OAC/Horizon is changed
Can we provide a more user friendly error message or experience when a link is changed or dashboard is moved in OAC?
As it stands now, if a dashboard link is changed (or the dashboard is moved by an admin), if a user has that dashboard bookmarked and tries to access the dashboard, they are presented with an error message with a network path saying the page failed to load. That is not helpful and does not provide a good customer experience. It also provides no path for remediation or resolution - essentially the user is stuck with no path forward.
Perhaps we can redirect them to the new landing page and/or give context as to what happened and where to look for their dashboard? Confluence handles this well by listing the new link when someone clicks on an old/moved link. Could Horizon/OAC do something similar?

A work around for a popular workbook would be to create a copy of the workbook (for example with Save As) and put it in the new folder and then change the existing workbook to have a pointer and some text about the change. Of course, for moving a large number of workbooks -- this would be a lot of work.
