My profile is up-to-date since the day I joined. It's this "new platform here" who doesn't display it correctly. Raised with admins X times already but nobody managed to do anything about it. If you can, then be my guest and feel free, I'd love this to be resolved.

The "old forum" displays things just fine including my profile pic:

Re. his issue: Yes escalation has been suggested since August already because a lot more things point to "bug" than anything else.

Hello and thank you all for trying to help me! :)

@User_9YNXK - Daniel, it would be great if you update your profile with your name/org, etc., so we can get to know you in the community.

I already save my display name like above but it keeps displaying 'User_NYNXK'.

I will share with you a image to have a idea of the look of the first canvas(it's in french). So we have 5 viz with 'Use a filter' enabled. I can start to filter on a Pie viz first, not the Map, but nothing changes, i have the same filtering time(~30sec) when all the 8 canvases are present. Keeping only this first canvas, results a filter time much smaller (~2sec)

Behind the scene when I click for exemple on a map departement i have 18 very fast queries(Execute time ~0.5 - 0.7 seconds in Developer mode). I know that Bi Server execute all this queries in parallel (that explain having globally 2 seconds when I apply the filter and I keep only this canvas.

With red arrows I indicate the 5 viz with 'Use a filter' enabled and in orange the number indicating the corresponding viz for the 18 queries(tiles, pies and maps)

    I appreciate any constructive comment!
