OAC - Map view not displayed for some users

Hello,

What it's the reason for not displaying a Map view (France in our case) for some users?

We have 'France Departements.geo' and 'fr_region' files on Map layers on OAC Console.

When I connect I can see the Map view on workbook but some users have only the Map view symbol diplayed on the same workbook. That seems that it's another recent drawback because we didn't have this problem 4-5 months ago.

    Sorry, I was too fast...

    In fact it's a filter problem on a particular dimension and not a Map view problem
