How to start OBIEE on Windows 2012 Server after server restart

Hi, I'm using Windows server 2012.

I had to restart OBIEE 12c server but I can not activate the Oracle BI services because in Windows 2012 there is no "Start BI Service" from Program menu.

    Run command gpedit.msc,

    On the left menu in the opened window, Select Windows Setting--> Bat(Start/Shutdown)

    On the right widow, double click startup, click add , select file

    D:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\user_projects\domains\bi\bitools\bin\start.cmd

    Click Ok.
