Enable/Disable DataFlow executions

In a DR exercise, we need to fully restore one OAC instance in another instance.
After we do this all DataFlows are scheduled and running from two OAC instances.
This puts extra load on the DB and we would like an option to enable/disable the dataflow executions to stop this extra load.
PS: We understand that in a true DR ideally the DFs should be running to just do a cutover, but for our very big instance, we don't need that.

The admin should be able to go to OAC homepage, then JOBS, then SCHEDULES and disable. @Bret Grinslade - Oracle Analytics-Oracle can confirm.

@Benjamin Arnulf-Oracle Your guide is to delete/disable one schedule at a time. Ideally there should be a flag in settings "Run Jobs Schedules". In our case we have hundreds of dataflows/datasets scheduled and after an OAC sync we need to go in and disable each one, which is not feasible.

@Radu Nica-Oracle Good point. Let me re-open the idea. We will need more votes.
