Apply netstat command only, bring me a screenshoot of this, this is so weird (this is to check if there is any other process what could running on the process).

Do you tried to open your RDP in Administration tool in a Online mode? Thats also correct.

I want to discard any other reason about the port running.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello,

You cant open this file "bi-config.xml", Do you start the services with the "user" that you installed obiee?, in other words, your user installation "obiee" has the right access to your obiee files? Let me know.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello,

Before to do it, take a note of your actual permission setting up.

Just to try give a and give FULL CONTROL permission to your USER OBIEE , and AUTHENTICATED USER of your Windows Server 20008 R2, because this message tells you that you cant access to your RPD.

    Restart your services.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello,

This error its because you cant access in this ports, if you dont have well the ODBC you cant go inside your Admin Tool.

    1. Check your HOST file, you dont have the # whichc is comment your LOCALHOST.

2.Apply a ping to your localhost

    3. Check this port 9508, apply a telnet.

What you said that you have everything allright however you can not access to your environment.

The only reason its that you have a connection issue.

    Let me know your results.

    Kind Regards,
