Is it correct, now ?
When I pinged localhost, then it is returning 127.0.0.1 IP.
I tried telnet to 9508, but I'm getting invalid host.

Sorry by delay this a connection issue, and you should has some administration of your os and knowledge in networking. I gave you the tips of how to setting up you os, networking (host file, dynamic ip, etc). In other words, this is not a obiee issue because you said that the process are running well and your server was running well.
