BI Publisher error when trying to Preview.

Getting below error when trying to preview the template (PDF) locally.

C:\Program Files\Java\jre-1.8\bin\javaw -Xmx256M -jar "C:\Program Files\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\jlib\RTFAccessibilityChecker.jar" "C:\Users\U6068462\OneDrive - CA\Desktop\portal template\Invo_Temp.rtf" "C:\Users\U6068444\AppData\Local\Oracle\BIPublisher\TemplateBuilderforWord\tmp" 


below are the datils of system

Windows 10 enterprise OS - 64 bit

MS word 365 app 64 bit

jr8 64 bit

bi publisher version 12.2.1.4.0 (64 bit)

    Hi @User_EXDYI,

    Could you please review with Windows administrator the following items:

    1. Configure GPO rules using group policies with Microsoft Support assistance.

    2. Add exclusion to Windows Defender GPO, in the Group Policy Management Editor go to Computer configuration, and select Administrative templates. Expand the tree to Windows components > Microsoft Defender Antivirus > Exclusions.

    3. Open the Path Exclusions setting for editing as shown in the error, and add your exclusions.

    4. Set the option to Enabled.

    In addition, please review the java version:

    On command prompt run java -version

    The recommended JDK version is JDK 8u131 or higher.

    Java version could be checked under "Certification Information":
