after creating a new oracle 8 linux instance, it asks to login
I never saw anywhere about the login or password when creating the instance so I can't login

it is a cloud instance I created -- oracle cloud.

When you created the instance you should have created a SSH public/private key. use that in your ssh tool with user opc
