How to set a dynamic range in OBIEE and how to use this range in graph?

I have a requirement to show a range in graph. A range will look like this.
-100
-99 to -56
-55 to -46
-45 to -36
-35 to -26
-25 to -16
-15 to -6
+/- 5
6 to 15
16 - 25
26 - 35
36 to 45
46 to 55
56 to 99
100
Over 101
please, help how to handle this in dynamic? then how to use this in graph.

No, you can not define arbitrary ranges.
Edit: You can look at Scale Markers though. It may give you an angle of attack.

I handled it using static BINS which meets this requirement.
