In the integration of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Warehouse Management System (WMS), we rely on Business Intelligence (BI) reports to send details to WMS. However, in some cases, these BI reports pull up cached responses, which do not provide the correct data.

I can provide relevant information to Oracle whenever needed. Currently, we are clearing the BI cache manually, but we need a permanent solution for this issue.
