@Benjamin Arnulf-Oracle hey benjamin, can you tell us if this feature has permissions built into it to restrict who can add things to this menu? (we don't have the jan update yet as we're moving from OAS to OAC in the coming months). we have over 300+ authors and if we allow anyone to add to this menu, it could get unwieldy very quickly.

Hi @Greg Faris yes, the permissions are set at the folder level. You can allow a group of users to be in charge of the dashboard menu folder with permissions and only allow this group to save/copy/move their dashboards/workbooks to this folder.
