Reporting for the recruitment/hiring process
I need to build a report for the recruitment process that includes YTD counts for candidate slates, candidates on shortlist, interview slates and candidates interviewed broken by down professional and all positions.
I haven't done much report development in recruiting and am not seeing any really helpful canned reports.
Could you please recommend any tables, reports, etc. that would be helpful?
Are the necessary subject areas available in OTBI? Better to develop this in BIP or OTBI?
