OAC: After Log-out/log-in, Redirection To Starting Page Is Not Working

Use Case:
- Set the starting page under My Account -> Preferences -> Starting Page in Analytic Classic( /analytics )
- Logout and log into Classic home using /analytics URL
- It shows the starting page.
- Log out and log in.
- It automatically redirects to DV page. Users have to click on Open Classic Home to navigate to analytics.
Challenge:
It's not feasible to tell the end users(who do have DV access) that if they perform a logoff/logon, they have to (in a "strange" page for them) open a menu and select a link "Classical Home" to get back to their Dashboard.
