Enabling FDI Procurement subject areas under "SCM option" when the Fusion instance only has ERP

If somebody enables Procurement from Fusion ERP side and we enable it from FAW SCM side (not FAW ERP), will procurement subject areas work?

No. Some of the SA are preview & have an dependency on different modules.
