Add a "(1)" Next to Filter Prompts that have a Single value selection when not displaying values

Today, when the filter prompts at the top of the canvases are set to not show values (default behavior), it adds a number after the field name to designate the number of values selected from the filter i.e. Product (3), Country (2) ,etc. However, it doesn't apply this if only a single value is selected from the filter, making it appear as though the filter is not being used when compared to other filters with multiple selected values. Today, we're changing the filter prompts to "Show all values" because of the confusion surrounding this.

For example, in the uploaded picture, all three filters are being used but "Country" only has 1 selection. However, to the end user it appears that only two of these filters (State & City) are being used unless they take the time to hover over "Country" and see the selected value.

This seems like an easy addition since we're already showing the number when it's greater than 1. It's important for users to be able to clearly see that ANY filter is applied. It doesn't make sense to do this for 2 or more and not add it for one (almost seems like a bug). It makes it look like no filters and 1 are the same thing to a user.

@Aaron Epstein-261578 - At our OAS instances (OAS 2023), this is working correctly - if just one value is picked in filter (in Filter bar), it is showing 1 next to column name Are you on OAC or OAS ? For me it looks like a bug - I would create SR for this.
