We started exploring the new public APIs for managing the catalog and we noticed that we are lacking the possibility of using the APIs on any object (even if we don't own it) as service admins.

We have a lot of automation where we do cleanups other maintenance activities where this kind of access would be helpful.

Example:

With a user as Service Admin we should be able to rename, change permissions or delete any object (catalog shared or user folders/dataset/dataflow/etc) without the need to be set as full permissions on the object.
