    Hi,

    Isn't this a generic question about Oracle Cloud and not at all related to Oracle Analytics?

    This forum is only for the Oracle Analytics product (Cloud, Server, OBIEE etc.).

    For generic cloud support you should either contact support or find the best category for it in the Developer Community forum (https://forums.oracle.com/)
