Oracle OAS 5.9 Configuration fails at "Sync mid tier database"

Hi Gurus,

Installed and configured FMW 12.2.1.4.0, then installed OAS 5.9 on top of FMW, ran and created RCU schemas (on MS SQL Server database), finally started configuring OAS, then encountered the error "Config Action failed, Configure BI failed with Execution of sync_midtier_db.sh failed with exit value 1.

Please share any inputs on this if you came across...

    This is no longer an issue, specifying connection string in [database name]:port:[host name] resolved the issue, Note: this issue happens when RCU ran on MS SQL server databases only.

    You might also need to run config.cmd with admin privs.
