We recently installed Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) 2024 on our servers, and unfortunately, we have encountered two critical issues that require immediate attention.
Firstly, we are experiencing session timeouts on the OAS Data Visualization (DV) page after disabling the Single Sign-On (SSO) feature. This is significantly impacting our operations and productivity. I have already reached out to Oracle support, and they recommended raising an enhancement request for this issue. However, due to the urgency of the matter, I am reaching out to you directly for your urgent assistance in resolving this issue. Could you please investigate this matter promptly and provide guidance on how we can address this issue effectively?
Secondly, we are facing another issue where we are unable to change the DV page Oracle logo to our company's branded logo. This branding issue is essential for maintaining consistency and identity across our platform. We would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this matter as well.
