Could you please provide information on whether Oracle plans to release an upgrade patch from OAS 2023 version 7 to OAS 2024 version 7.6.0.0.0?     @User_H5ZCJ What upgrade patch do you mean ? If you want to upgrade from OAS 2023 (7.0) to OAS 2024 (7.6) you should follow "Migrating and Upgrading to Oracle Analytics Server" guide, particularly process of so called in-place upgrade - described in chapter "2 Upgrading to Oracle Analytics Server": https://docs.oracle.com/en/middleware/bi/analytics-server/migrate-upgrade-oas/upgrading-oracle-analytics-server.html

    In our systems, we have been conducting in-place upgrades, which unfortunately have resulted in heightened downtime across all areas. This extended downtime significantly impacts our business users' access to essential services and functionalities. Despite our best efforts to mitigate this issue, the problem persists and continues to pose growing challenges for our operations.

    Since migrating from OAS 5.5, we have observed an annual (2 years)release of new versions, with the recent release being OAS 2024. While we strive to keep our systems up-to-date with the latest versions, the process of in-place upgrades has proven to be disruptive and untenable for our business operations.

    Given these challenges, we kindly request your assistance and expertise in exploring any available options to patch from one version to another without necessitating extended downtime. We understand that minimizing downtime during upgrades is crucial for maintaining smooth operations and ensuring uninterrupted access for our users.

    Your guidance and support in this matter would be greatly appreciated. We are eager to collaborate with you to find effective solutions that can streamline our upgrade processes and minimize disruptions to our business operations.
