How to access Business Event logs in Fusion ERP

How do we access Business Event logs in ERP to troubleshoot issues, especially post upgrade. Is there an area where we can access the logs or build a Custom DM SQL/BIP to pull the Data?
Business Need: Recently, after the Cloud Console upgrade….all our Business Events from ERP stopped working! OIC Integrations that were supposed to be invoked were not fired! We did not have access to Event logs data to troubleshoot.
