Storing Copies of Emails sent from Eloqua
We have a requirement where in, when sending out the email communication using Eloqua, we want an 'actual copy' of the email to be automatically sent to a pre-defined address.
This would a 'CC' functionality within the emails that are automatically pre-populated with a defined address and not just the Eloqua sent report.
Alternatively, would also like to know if there is any method or procedure to store the actual copy of email sent. The goal is to retain each actual email sent for later reference.
Please let me know if there is any method and steps to achieve this in Eloqua?

Your question is about marketing automation in Customer Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
This community is Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. OTBI is a read only tool for analytics and reporting. As a SaaS customer you cannot store anything in OTBI.
