    This feature is a must for my client UKRI as well. BI Publisher currently allows Excel templates only in Excel version 97-2003 (*.xls) in Oracle Fusion, and this version can only accommodate first 3 conditional formats and we need more than 3 conditional formats in our Time and Labor reports.

    This is needed for my company's size. Most people work on the analysis in Excel. RTF is suck for the Excel output and only suitable for the Form.

    Yes, this would be a valuable improvement. We've moved a number or reports from nVision and SQR to BI Publisher over the last year. Our users generally loved the new BIP reports. Reviews for the ones where we had to come up with workarounds for datasets over 65,000 rows were less well received.
