@User_247HO - Please provide us with full details on which product is being used and is the issue with OOTB report or dashboard coming as part of the product offering or a custom report etc.., so that we can review and suggest accordingly. Thanks.

its aging report , we were refunded amount to customer, but its showing in aging report as outstanding balance.
In AR receipt amount showing unapplied ?

@User_247HO , as asked a few times already, please provide the full product name being used. This isn't the right category, and there are also good chances it's maybe not the right forum.
