OAS(6.4) Analytics page is not able to authenticate in the login after Switch over to DR Database.

Hi,
We have OAS 6.4 version installed on Linux machines with 2 nodes cluster environment for Production instance. For RCU schemas are using Production database while installation and DR database sync in 24hrs delay with Production database (DDL's and data content). While performing the database DNS switch over from Production database(DBA's shutdown the services) to DR database, OAS analytics page is not able to authenticate the login page but able to login console/em (OAS services are up and running). Could you please advise if any solution steps are in place for the same.
Regards,
Omar

@user_5TZYH - Please let us know if the OAS application is updated with the DR RCU host details or are you using high availability in DB as well to validate the DR activity as soon as Prod RCU DB is shut down. Thanks.

@User_5TZYH - Could you please check if the DR database has sufficient tablespace needed. Please refer the below KM article in which I can see similar symptoms. Hope this helps!
