When will this be available where Number Format is a Percent ? Currently works for Numbers and Currency only.

We support Precent as a format option - are you referring to any other feature.

When the number format is Number or Currency, the option to set negative Values formats is available.
When the number format is Percent, the option to set negative value formats is no longer available.
