Auditing report for Admin activities

We have a requirement to get Auditing report for the Admin activities which will include the information about updating the Resources information, Security console related changes, Sandbox related changes, Setup & Maintenance activities etc.

We have got below documents regarding existing functionalities of Admin activities

But, this is meeting our requirement partially, as we are able to get the activity related to Objects modifications done by a user. In addition to this, we need to capture other tasks performed by admin user like user related activities, Sandbox changes, Setup and Maintenance changes, etc which all comes under Admin activities.

We have tried to get data using below tables and subject areas as well, but that is also not helping.

Below OOTB reports are also not fulfilling our requirement

Please let us know if there is any other OOTB report/Subject area available to capture the admin activities of a user with admin role.

    We are looking for the same requirement (get the audit logs for admin related activities in oracle sales cloud, specifically user level audit) as mentioned by Manda. Providing the user level auditing option could solve all these audit requirements.

    Description (Required):

    User level audit capabilities required in Oracle CX Sales and service

    Use Case and Business Need (Required)

    Auditors find very difficult to audit the oracle cx application. One such audit use case is to review the audit logs of user with IT Security role or any super privileged user. Administrators or super users can access the configuration of Oracle CX and perform changes / customizations or deployments in the production.• No audit logging available to capture and monitor these users and their usage which is non-compliant. Any unauthorized changes or transactions made to the application would not be detected in a timely manner. Also, without an user level audit log review process the anomalous activities or human errors cannot be traced to the individual who performed the changes.• Without enabling the user level audit logs there is no evidence of any of the user or administrator activities.

    Enhancement Request / Service Request:

    Provide us an option in Oracle CX to enable user level auditing.
