OBIEE Pivot table resulted in no data.

Hi All

We have a pivot table with column selector option, when we navigate to see more data in the pivot table using the down arrow button, sometimes the pivot view is displaying the following message

"The layout of this view combined with the data, selections, drills, or prompt values chosen resulted in no data."

Is there a way to fix this.

    Hello,

    If this pass because when you drill there is a join with another dimension, fact, or driving table that not match, and OBIEE show it.

    How do you know it? Please, go to the "Administration" -> "Manage Session"  and get the physical query, analize the query that OBIEE create, and check what table give this problem.

    Note: Set up as a Logging Level 2, to see Physical Queries.

    @cesar.advincula.o This issue is not happening when I drill the data, but when I use column selectors and try to use the pagination button to navigate the pivot table to see more data@

    Please, Clean your BI Server Cache, and BI Presentation Cache, get  the physicial query of the results of the selection of your Column Selector and the pivot table, and execute this on database, let me know your results.
