How to Schedule an OAC workbook as an Email Output (PDF or PNG)

Dear Experts,
Please let me know a solution on how to schedule an OAC Workbook to be sent as an email (PDF or image) periodically (Daily , Weekly, Monthly). Since we have enabled the Preview Workbook Email Scheduler but still we are not getting email and also scheduled job running morethan 25 minutes and showing below error message, Please review below screenshot and provide your inputs.

Did you restart your OAC instance after enabling the Preview Workbook Email Scheduler?
Did you setup an email server to deliver workbooks?
Does you workbook work as expected when you open it?

Thanks for your quick response. Getting below error while opening Mail Setting under console. I have the service administrator group
There was a problem attempting to retrieve the mail settings. { type : detailError , errorType : DETAIL_ERROR , errorMessage : HTTP 401 Unauthorized }
Please guide me to ratify this issue.

Look at the linked discussion. Is your OAC a FDI/NSAW integrated OAC instance? Then this discussion tells you about the HTTP 401 when looking at the mail settings.

@User_57K2N , It looks like this error is from an FDI/NSAW integrated OAC instance.
If you can open the mail setting page, please verify the port and connection security specified
Common SMTP ports include:
25
(Connection Security = None)465
(Connection Security = SSL/TLS)587
(Connection Security = STARTTLS)

looks like the Server is stuck with one job and give time-out after 24 Minutes for any scheduled woorkbooks
please file SR this need to be handled by DevOps Team
