    It may happen  sometime when the session timeout and re login. after re login go back to home page and back to the working analysis and modify the report and save it.

    Sorry for not having posted a direct reply but @Christian Berg did (as he knows the case).

    It was all about the browser temporary files : at some point they got corrupted somehow and things started to not work, mainly things related to JS (so that's why your description made us point there).
