Limit Values By other attribute should show all values with different color code.
When we limit values by Auto or by specific Columns , it lists only available values.
Instead it should show all values. All inactive and not available should show in gray color.
For example , in below image, I have set Contract to "My Name" and it lists all RITM numbers. RITM belongs to my name is in light gray and not active are as Dark Gray.
In OAC we will see only RITM numbers belongs to my name.

We considered it a few years back but decided not to do it due to performance issues. It requires additional queries on top of the filter query. In our review, it seems to work ok with small datasets or tools that cache most of the data, but breaks down at any serious scale. We might look at it again.

@Gabby Rubin-Oracle I can understand the performance issue. Probably you can think of providing proprieties options. By default off for all.
Usually we don't need this option for all columns for few columns require.
