Currently Visualization Filters are displaying as Text under Visualization header. Many people thinking it as Sub set of description.

Column filters look a bit more like filters, and you can also modify their look and feel a bit. It is true that this is not the case for expression filters as you have in your image. Are your users modifying the expression filters as well?
