Enabling error messages to be customisable would be more user friendly. Currently users struggle to understand what the error messages shown mean, who to go to to resolve an error message, or whether it is a system or a user error. If we could replace certain error messages with 'User selected too many filters, the system timed out, please contact xxxxx@xxxx.co.uk for further support' or a similar message that would help the user.
