Oracle Recruiting Cloud (HCM): External facing document links on job posting description

We have an issue where we are linking to job descriptions and other
candidate documents from the posting description on the career site,
however when clicking on the first link, the career site is adding an
extra bit on the end to the URL, as if its trying to track the clicks.
When clicking on the second/third links, these work fine.
These
documents are saved on an external/publicly facing SharePoint, but it
seems that this extra part is being added to the URL for whichever link
we click on first:

Has anybody experienced anything similar, or have any guidance when using a SharePoint facility to store documents?

Hi,
Not sure you are asking in the right place. Could you share the name of the product you are using?
From where are you linking to those documents? What is the "thing" (portal, application) where you click?
Based on your answers the question can be moved to the right category, or we can point you to the right forum if the question can't be moved.
Thanks

Thanks for your reply. Oracle had advised me to log this question here.
This is within Oracle Recruiting Cloud - and within the posting descriptions. The documents that are being linked to, are loaded on a customer's externally facing SharePoint site. It seems that the URL is getting changed when clicking on these documents, so that the document does not work. The URL is getting a tracking link added to the end which is #xd_co_f=ZTY1MWQ0ODYtYzA2MC00NjdjLTk1MTQtYWI2OTU5MTQzNGQy~
Not sure if this is the career site doing this or if there is an issue with the SharePoint site, however, this is only happening for 1 link, any other documents that are opened do not get this issue.
Thanks
Sophia

Hi Sophia,
Because Oracle is quite large, sometime people are sent to the wrong place, not your fault.
I don't know much (anything) about Oracle Recruiting Cloud, but just found an Oracle document saying "Oracle
Fusion Cloud Recruiting, part of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM". Therefore the product you are using is part of Fusion HCM.Because it doesn't sound like you are building a report (Publisher) and you have the issue inside HCM, I would say the question should be asked in a forum covering HCM. The fusion products are covered in a parallel forum:
If you look at the categories there you will see they have quite a number of options of HCM. Maybe you could find the one that sounds like being the closer to your question/topic and ask in there?
If, instead, you are building a report/analysis on your HCM data, are you using OTBI or Fusion HCM Analytics? These 2 are different categories in this forum, your question can be moved there.

Hi Gianni,
Thanks for that. Yes the question has been asked there also, it was just advice from Oracle to ask here. No worries thanks for your help!
Thanks

You are welcome. And maybe somebody in here also know HCM enough to have an answer, we will see :)
