@Manish Wadhawan Currently you can set border colors and style format.

I vote for alternate color which is a already in OBIEE and missing in OAC.

@Rajakumar Burra : In OAC data visualization, you can change the border color for the table container (shown in the picture as black box). I did not find any setting wherein I could change the table grid lines color. If you are aware, please share.
