OAC Embedding - User should not experience RELOAD while applying filters (parameters) - Needed

As the user, I found it difficult If the page experiences a reload action after applying the filters after embedding the OAC workbook within website.

Scenario:

Have embedded the OAC Workbook within website (e.g.: JavaScript embedding framework)

Then with the help of external button am applying filters (e.g.: Changing Parameters attribute)

Once the parameter attribute value is being changed, The View Model makes the <oracle-dv> experience a reload action.

End User might feel bit of inconvenience, If the page is getting loaded again for the filter update.
