Directly Edit Dataset Data within OAC

We want to edit Dataset data direclty in OAC.
We have manual files we upload & this is treated as static data. However there are times when we want to manually add a column or edit a cell value. If its editing a cell values or column name, some users will need to open the dataset in OAC, export as Excel file, edit file then reupload.
If its a new column, we perform the same steps above except instead of reuploading to the existing dataset, they have to delete the dataset & upload the file as a new dataset because reuploading file does not allow extra columns.

The dataset editor allows you to add and rename columns. Analytics tools are not generally tools for modifying individual rows, but some facilities allow you to do that in bulk within OAC.
e.g. I can fix a misspelled Sidney to Sydney, but it will fix all rows with that error. I can also use the grouping tool to bulk rename values. However, I cannot easily change Sydney to Melbourne for one specific row.
