JavaScript to not be disabled by default
If Javascript is disabled it can cause difficulty for users to access the page content. This fails WCAG 2.2 criterion 4.1 (Compatible).

Apologies, the issue is that OAC does not work when it is disabled, not that it is disabled by default.
