Column Order in Results tab does not reflect column order in Criteria Tab
Hello All,
I am facing an issue in my OBIEE 12C environment, not sure if it is a bug or some configuration needs to be changed.
Problem:
The column order in criteria tab does not reflect the column order in results tab.
Even though I arrange the column order in criteria tab, all the views under results tab still shows the old order. So, I need to rearrange the columns again in each view which is becoming a hectic job every time.
Do we have any solution for this. Appreciate your help.

That's how the product works. The Results tab and the Criteria tab HAVE to be independent in terms of order.
You can have 20 visualizations for a single analysis and it would make no sense that each view follows the column order of the criteria tab.
Also: The criteria tab column order has zero functional impact. Why are you shoving them around at all?

I had the same issue and found if I exported to a CSV file the column order did not change and I could then save as an excel file. The column order was required for a project and this is much quicker than having to rearrange them when I am pulling in separate org information.
