How can we have BICC job outputs get encrypted with a specific key and then FTP'd?

How can we have BICC job outputs get encrypted with a specific key and then FTP'd? Is there any in-built functionality in BICC to FTP the job outputs (after being encrypted)? We only want to use the encryption key for this one job, not the entire UCM (if that's possible). Thank you!
