Unable to Create an XLS-Type Template Using the Create Template OAC REST API

Hi Team,

We are currently conducting a proof of concept (POC) to migrate from BIP to OAC and have encountered an issue while attempting to create an XLS-type template using the Create Template REST API in OAC. However, we can create an RTF-type template using the same API.

Previously, with BIP, we were able to create both RTF and XLS-type templates using the BIP SOAP API uploadTemplateForReportInSession. Therefore, we request that the REST API also support the creation of XLS templates.
