OAS 6.4/2023:Needed a configuration setting to update the parallel reload of more than 2 DSET tables

While executing reload of a dataset in OAS 6.4 or OAS 2023, at a time only 2 DSET tables reload will trigger. As per the database capacity, we can execute multiple DSET to reload in parallel which will save more time and make the reload complete quickly. Application should have a config setting either in systemsettings or in any of the metada configuration files to edit to a certain parallel DSET reloads.

Today — the number of parallel jobs is limited by your OCPUs. You can increase parallelism by adding OCPUs.

But question from @Kartik Mali-Oracle has been aiming to OAS (thus on-prem). How is it for OAS - how the paralelism for DS relaod can be set or is it derived from CPU count on OS, where OAS is running ?
