OPERA CLOUD VS OPERA R&A Timing ARE NOT MATCHING

Hi team,

My time in Opera is Different from time in R&A for example, if the Reservation time created in opera is 16/01/24 - 4:40 Am in R&A it shows 15/01/24 - 5.40 exactly 11 hrs. behind that exactly matched up with the the time zone difference.

It is correct in Opera cloud so how can i Fix this issue

Hi Renuka,

Thank you for the reply.

i have tried it, but the problem is I have two separate rows Created date and Created time column, if its just the time i can just add up.

As we are 11 hours ahead i don't know how we can just add it unless it pull directly from Opera cloud.

If you see the attached screen shot the date in opera is 01/09/2023 and time is 7:51Am, but in R&A is different.
