@mohammad-rafi-ansari-Accenture Hi, I will give you an advice (don't tell it to Product Mgmt 😀):
You can still use (against OAS 2024) older version of Catalog Manager GUI (part for Oracle Analytics Client Installer from OAS 2023) and you will be able to connect to your OAS 2024 instance and work as you are used. Catalog Manager GUI is leveraging "good old" SOAP/Web Services, which are still there in OAS (and has not been changes for ages), so it is working like a charm (we are using it, from same reason as you mentioned).
